Due to some possible conflicts of interest particularly in New Zealand and some pacific countries services on offer may have limitations, and any service need will need to be discussed in detail prior to engagement.
Any Investigation service normally covered under the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 are not on offer within New Zealand.

2. About Heliflight
Heliflight as an agent offers a range of aviation services, which may include but are not limited to:

Heliflight does not hold an NZCAA Air Operator Certificate (AOC) or ATOC 141 but instead works very closely with companies that do hold the appropriate approval documentation in New Zealand or in the country the service is offered.
Our services may be updated or modified at any time, and certain offerings may be subject to additional terms.
3. Eligibility for Services
To book and participate in our flights or services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian if you are a minor.

Agree to follow our guidelines, instructions, and any legal requirements related to aviation safety.

Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when participating in any flight service.
4. Booking and Payment
4.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our Site, by phone, or in person.

When you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check all details carefully, and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
4.2 Payment Terms

Payment can be made online through secure methods. Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are displayed inNZD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made within [X days/hours] of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
4.3 Changes and Cancellations by Heliflight

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, mechanical issues, or regulatory changes. If Heliflight cancels a service, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Health and Safety
For the safety of all passengers and crew:

Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Heliflight staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to safety, including individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Passengers with medical conditions or physical limitations should consult with a doctor before flying and inform us of any specific requirements in advance.
6. Assumption of Risk
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Aviation involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury or property damage.

Heliflight will take all reasonable precautions to ensure passenger safety; however, we cannot be held liable for any incidents outside of our control.

You assume all risks associated with aviation activities and agree to hold Heliflight harmless from any claims or liabilities that may arise.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Heliflight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Heliflight for the relevant service.
